oo so turns out I can't use them because it doesn't work with photoshop 7... makes me horrably sad.

Huh? Pardon my ignorance but I am new to the whole "phtotshop brushes/stamps" thing. Do you mind explaining stamps?

Save it, then open it up in photoshop and select each brush one by one. When you have the first in selected using the Marquee tool (just press M when you open ps) go to Edit > Define brush. Do that for each stamp.

Remember to save the brushes too, or you'll have to do this over!
